Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Invitations to Tender (ITT)
The RMOW determines the outcome of an RFQ and ITT based on pricing. Pricing is only evaluated if the proposal meets a set of mandatory criterion, which will vary depending on the nature of the solicitation. Mandatory criterion include: WorkSafe BC, insurance and business licence requirements.
