This bylaw, consolidated here for your convenience only, governs land use in Whistler. It defines and identifies the various zones, determining what uses can be accommodated within those zones. The bylaw is updated frequently; therefore accurate interpretation reference must be made to the official plans on file at the municipal hall.

Official Community Plan
The Official Community Plan of the Resort Municipality of Whistler (the OCP), contains detailed policies regarding land use, development, servicing, and protection of the natural environment. The Official Community Plan is founded on, and consistent with, Whistler 2020, the resort community's long-term sustainability vision, which is a Council policy.
