Due to the high demand for RMOW summer camp programs a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. For changes to your registration or a cancellation 5 days NOTICE is required. In medical cases, refunds are pro-rated and a doctor’s note is required.

Camp Action Adventures
Daily adventures and activities await. Adventures to the water park, mini putt and the climbing wall are just a few of the out trips we will go on. Activities like water games,  slip'n'slide and kite making will keep your child engaged throughout the camp. Be prepared to get wet and have fun.  Children should be 4.5 – 5 years and entering Kindergarten in September 2010.

Camp Summer Sunsations          
This summer day camp is full of fun, friendship and adventure for your child.  Biking, swimming, canoeing, field trips and summer surprises are just a few of the planned activities.  Register by the day, the week or for the whole summer.  Space is limited.  Child must have completed Kindergarten.

Camp Sunsations Breakout         
Not just your regular everyday camp.  Camp Breakout will take the adventure in your child's summer to the next level with more advanced biking, swimming, water activities and day trip excursions.  Register by the day, the week or for the whole summer.  Space is limited.

Frequently asked questions about Camp Summer Sunsations/Breakout

1. What time does camp start?
   8:30am is when we open the doors.  No sooner, as the staff requires the time in the morning to get prepared for the day.
2. Where do they meet?
   Myrtle Philip Community Centre
3. Do they require their bicycles?  What about helmets and locks?
   YES!  Bikes are required every day except for when the activity is planned for out of town.  Helmets are mandatory and we will help the children with locks if you provide them.
4. Do you provide lunch?
   You will need to pack them a healthy lunch/snack, drinks and a water bottle for the day.
5. What else do they do?
   On top of the regular scheduled activity they will play a variety of games, make some crafts, meet new friends and form lasting memories.
6. What time are they finished?
   5:30pm. There is a late fee of $2/child for every 5mins that you are late for pick-up.
7. What else do they need to bring with them?
   They will need a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, appropriate foot wear and hat every day with a backpack to carry it all in.
8. Can I drop off late?
   Yes. The group generally stays in the facility until 9:30 a.m. unless it is a day when we are heading out of town. On those days, you will need to be at camp at 8:30 a.m. If you are going to be arriving late, please let us know.
9. Can I pick up before 5:30pm?
   Yes.  If your child is in the 5 to 7 year old group they will be back in the facility for 4pm and the 8 to 12 year olds will be back for 4:30pm. If it is an out of town day they will do their best to arrive at the facility for 5:30 p.m.
10. When should I register my child?
    Minimum of 24 hours before the day you are interested in reserving. It is ideal to register ahead of time as we often run out of space.
11. What is the cancellation policy?
    72 hours otherwise you will be charged.
