Emergency & Protective Services in Whistler
The goals and objectives of Emergency and Protective Services in the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) are directed towards making the community of Whistler a safer environment in which to live, learn, work, travel and play.
Emergency and Protective Services encompasses three branches of our community’s public safety response: Fire Rescue, RCMP, and Whistler Emergency Program.
The Resort Municipality of Whistler has a Whistler Emergency Plan, and we encourage everyone to become familiar with it. The Whistler Emergency Plan provides information on how the municipality is preparing and will respond to emergencies and disasters.
