Artist Bio: Aaron Nelson-Moody, or "Splash", lives and works in the Capilano Village on the North Shore of Vancouver, British Columbia. These days he is working mainly on jewelry engraving, repoussé (working both sides of metal sheet with hammer and punches, to create a design) and still carves the larger houseposts and panels on commission. Splash is a master carver from Squamish Nation and has worked on many pieces at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.
