Building an Effective Team provides you and your team with the tools you need to work in an effective team environment for a productive and successful winter season.    
In this workshop, participants will: 

•Learn what it means to be in a team and what makes a team effective

•Understand the importance of communication and conflict in team dynamics
•Explore key elements of high performing teams
•Develop goal setting and management techniques for employees

Bio: Jennifer Glavas is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with over 10 years of experience in human resource management. Her background includes experience in a variety of areas including employee relations, performance management and training & development.
