Community Kitchen
This is a fun, interactive cooking class where participants learn to cook healthy, delicious meals on a budget. Participants learn about nutrition, seasonal eating and will meet like minded community members. Classes are held at 1519 Spring Creek Drive (Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Social Services Centre). Contact Talya at 604-935-7717 or email foodbank@mywcss.org to book your spot. Please sign up before 10am on the day of the class to ensure your spot.

25th: Zucchini Relish using Pressure technique with Carolyn Morris

4th: Quinoa in everything: using whole grains to bulk up meals with Tracy Higgs
11th: White bean and Chorizo Soup; quick and simple: great to keep in the freezer when you need dinner in a hurry with Matt Prescott
18th: Raw Vegan Chili with Sarah Uy
25th: Soba noodle salad: a light dinner that is very versatile, make extra for an easy lunch with Matt Prescott
