Conflict and Complaint Management will present proven tips and techniques that will assist employees in dealing with demanding guest experience situations.  
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 

•Uncover the true customer issues and concerns

•Understand conflict styles

•De-escalate a situation and move into solution mode

•Handle any conflict or difficult situation
•Feel confident in dealing with  a difficult situation
•Provide solutions and maintain the guest's confidence and loyalty
