Creating Sales Through Exceptional Service will be a dynamic workshop that will give you the guest relation tools that you need for sales success. Topics will specifically target challenges and goals, while building a culture of employee engagement and a commitment to elevate customer relationships.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

•Recognize the importance of first impressions in creating a quality guest experience

•Comprehend what motivates a guest to buy

•Discover the impact and importance of relationship selling to create win-win scenarios

•Use effective communication skills and proven sales techniques in the workplace

•Create a team culture based on an attitude of sales success
Facilitator: Cathy Goddard, Owner and Principal of Lighthouse Visionary Strategies

Bio: Cathy Goddard has called Whistler home since 1988. After starting an employment agency in 1995, she sold after 13 years to start a venture as Principal of Lighthouse Visionary Strategies.  Lighthouse offers business consulting, workshops and mentoring. Her latest project is the launch of Lighthouse's Mentor Network, multiple mentoring groups for the entrepreneurs in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Cathy also writes a weekly business column for the Whistler Question newspaper.
