Whistler All Star International Hockey Tournament

June 21, 2013 - July 14, 2013
Venue:
Meadow Park Sports Center

The Whistler International All Star Hockey Tournament is proud to be the host of one of North America’s best summer hockey competitions since 1992.

OUR PURPOSE
This elite youth tournament was designed to bring together hockey players with a high level of commitment to their sport. We strive to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for players, coaches, parents and spectators.

FUTURE PROSPECTS
As player's development progresses, junior hockey teams become interested in them as future prospects. Each year numerous WHL (Major Junior) teams, in advance of the Bantam draft, send scouts to watch the Minor and Major Bantam. As the tournament has a concentration of top calibre players this is an excellent opportunity for players to receive desired exposure.

ONE SUPER, CENTRAL ARENA
All games are played in the spectacular Meadow Park Sports Centre in the resort. Meadow Park has hosted several major events including training camps for Team Canada, the Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, as well as major figure skating camps and competitions. The rink is part of a sports centre which includes pool and aquatic centre, weight training & aerobics facilities, squash courts, and more.

WE'RE EASY TO REACH
Whistler is located in south western British Columbia, Canada which is 110 km or 68 miles north of Vancouver. Vancouver is accessible via Vancouver International Airport. Whistler is accessible by a 2 hour drive from Vancouver via Highway 99. The highway is presently undergoing a major upgrade to make travel even easier and a little shorter
