Whistler Remembers

Whistler Remembrance Day Service

The service will include a Veteran’s Parade (March Past), Salute, Whistler Children’s Chorus, poetry readings, Helicopter Fly-Past, Two Minutes of Silence, Act of Remembrance and Wreath presentations.

A Community reception is offered in the Fire Hall at the conclusion of the Service.

Village Gate Blvd., from Northlands Blvd. to Blackcomb Way, will be closed and bus traffic rerouted, from approximately 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Veterans are encouraged to march with the Parade Party.  Any local or visiting Veterans should contact the organizing committee or simply join in on the morning.
