Mapping available for purchase at municipal hall

Civic Address Maps:
This 40-page, detailed, colour map set of Whistler neighbourhoods includes street names and addresses, strata and hotel names, valley trail connections, parks, and waterways. This map set includes a three-page street name index at the back that cross references streets to their appropriate neighbourhood and sheet number. These maps are 11"x17", are at a scale of 1:4,000 (Village Detail sheet scale is 1:2,500) and cost $16 + GST for the entire set. These maps can be purchased at main reception at municipal hall.

Civic Wall Map:
This is a colour civic composite at a scale of 1:5,000 that shows all the information included on the Civic Address Maps plus 10 meter contours. It includes the developed areas of the municipality from Function Junction in the south to the municipality's northern boundary plus a detail of Whistler Village. It also includes a 1:30,000 elevation model of Whistler Valley. This map is 122"x42", costs $100 + GST, and can be purchased through the engineering department.

Whistler Valley Map:
This is a colour composite that shows much of the information included on the Civic Wall Map but at a scale of 1:12,500. It includes the developed areas of the municipality from Function Junction in the south to the municipality's northern boundary plus a 1:60,000 elevation model of Whistler Valley. This map is 42"x22", costs $27.75 + GST, and can be purchased through the engineering department.

Cadastre Wall Map:
This is a colour composite at a scale of 1:5,000 that covers the same area shown on the Civic Wall Map and shows the legal boundaries of the municipality. Information shown includes property lines, legal plan and lot numbers, district lot lines and numbers, as well as controlled recreation areas within crown land. This map is 125"x42", costs $100 + GST, and can be purchased through the Engineering Department.

Zoning Maps:
These maps show the zoning boundaries and designations throughout the entire municipality and include the same legal information appearing on the cadastre map.  The area covered was broken up into 6 map sheets. These map sheets are 36"x28" and can be purchased for $80 + GST for the set of six or $18 + GST per sheet if your interest lies only in a specific area. The Zoning Wall Map is 144"x42" and costs $100 + GST. These maps can be purchased through the Engineering Department or the Planning Department.
