We offer a safe environment for children to expand their horizons through our various sporting and recreation programs.

Kids on the Go, afterschool care & all-day programs:
For the past eighteen years, the RMOW has been providing a nurturing, stimulating and challenging environment for the afterschool program known as Kids on the Go.
Held at Myrtle Phillip Community Centre, the program runs from 2:40 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday throughout the school year and also provides pick up services for those children attending Spring Creek Elementary.
The program leaders support children in a variety of activities including outdoor play, day trips, gym time, cooking, games, crafts, and quiet play. Children will be given the opportunity to offer their input into the program and help plan activities and events.
The cost for the Kids on the Go program is $17 per day, which includes a healthy snack option.
The program also offers Full Day Kids on the Go programming from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during school closures such as professional development days, March break and Christmas break. Full day programming during is available at $46 per day.
