Do you have a question, suggestion or complaint? Would you like to report a problem or request a service? Please contact the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW).

You can do this via email, by contacting the municipality via telephone, by visiting Municipal Hall, or by sending a letter by mail.

Contact the Municipality Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 604-932-5535.

Contact Public Works Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 604-935-8300.  To reach Public Works outside of regular office hours, contact 604-935-8320.

In-person:

Visit us in-person at Municipal Hall, located at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, B.C., VON 1B4.  Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Public Works Yard is located at 8001 Hwy 99, Whistler, B.C., with access to reception off Nester’s Road.

Sending a letter by post:

Letters can be mailed to the Resort Municipality of Whistler, located at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, B.C., V0N 1B4.
