Together, Whistler Blackcomb and the Resort Municipality of Whistler are two of the major ingredients that make up the foundation of Whistler. Ahead of the kickoff to the 2025/2025 ski season, we are touching base with Belinda Trembath, Whistler Blackcomb’s Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.
Over a year and a half into her role (and in Whistler) this will be Trembath’s second opening day at the helm of Whistler Blackcomb. Mayor Crompton and BT dive into how Whistler’s coffee culture compares to that of her hometown of Melbourne (controversy alert!), the magic of pre-season excitement in Whistler, her journey from Australia to leading North America’s largest ski resort, how she and her team are tackling pressures of ski town life, and what’s next for our beloved mountains.

Host: Mayor Crompton
