Plans for this project include repairs to the roof of Parking Lot B under a section of the Village Stroll near St. Andrews Alley and Village Lane.
Construction will involve the removal and replacement of the paving, planters, stairs and landings that sit on the parkade roof, removal of the old roof membrane, installation of a new waterproof membrane, and repairs to damaged concrete, in addition to landscaping.
The goal is to minimize disruption to the businesses in the area and to enhance the resort areas.
