The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites interested Contractors to attend a pre-tender meeting as an opportunity to express their interest in an upcoming PRV upgrade and decommissioning project.
Project overview
The project involves the decommissioning and removal of 3 existing PRV sites within the Municipal boundaries that are no longer in service and upgrading of 3 existing sites to eliminate the below grade PRV vault and replace with an above ground mechanical kiosk. Details are provided in project pre-bid meeting document.
Purpose of pre-tender meeting
This pre-tender meeting is NON-MANDATORY and is not a pre-qualification event. The intent of this meeting is to provide information to Contractor’s interested in the project. The project tender will be open for contractors who qualified for the Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) 2021-2022.

Date: October 20, 2021
Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Meeting location: Gondola Sewage Lift Station – Opposite Lake Placid Road from 2152 Lake Place Road, Whistler, BC. From this location we will proceed to the six sites.
