The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) seeks expressions of interest from qualified respondents to enter into a future tenancy agreement for the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Social Services building, located at 1519 Spring Creek Drive, Whistler, BC.
The purpose of this RFEOI is to understand market interest with qualified non-profit organizations and associations within the Sea to Sky corridor who have interest in offering programs or services from the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Social Services building. The respondents must demonstrate an understanding and ability to contribute to operating costs and pay associated lease rates. Consideration will be given to respondents who wish to sublet space to assist with cost.
The following building uses are permitted and all other uses are prohibited:
- Indoor and outdoor recreation;
- Park and playground;
- Social Services Centre, not including overnight accommodation or temporary
- refuge or shelter of any type; and (Bylaw No. 1985);
- Auxiliary uses.
