The purpose of the Permit is to vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to allow the owner of the subject land to legalize an existing gas meter cupboard located 5.6 metres from the front property line and 5.3 metres from the side property line.
Without the proposed variance, the minimum setback from the front property line is 7.6 metres and the minimum setback from the side property line is 6 metres.
