DVP 01190 - 8301 Valley Drive
The purpose of the Permit is to vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to allow the owner of the subject land to construct a garage attached to the existing building within 2.4 metres of the front parcel line and to permit a height of 9.4 metres.
Without the proposed variance, the required front setback for an attached garage is 5 metres and the maximum permitted height of a building is 7.6 metres.
