The land that is the subject of the Permit is legally described as: PID: 005-956-081; LOT 16 BLOCK H DISTRICT LOT 3625 PLAN 12883, as shown on the sketch / map attached to this notice.
The purpose of the Permit is vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to allow roof posts, roof overhang, stair slab and a deck footing as follows: two roof post within 2.44 metres of the (north) side parcel line; a roof overhang within 1.73 metres of the (north) side parcel line; stair slab within 2.72 metres of the (north) side parcel line; and deck footing within 2.44 metres of the (north) side parcel line.
If you wish to provide comments you must do so in writing, by 4:30 pm on February 16, 2021. Written comments received by January 29, 2021 will be distributed to members of Council 5 days before the meeting. Written comments received after this date but no later than 4:30 pm on February, 16, 2021 will be distributed to Council at the meeting.
