The purpose of the permit is to vary the parking stall size requirements for two existing parking stalls contained in the existing garage:
Variances to Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015
- Reduce existing indoor required parking stall size from 3m wide x 5.5 m long to 2.4m wide x 5 m long.
- Reduce existing indoor required parking stall size from 3m wide x 5.5 m long to 2.77 m wide by 5 m long.
