The land that is the subject of the Permit is legally described as: PID: 005-493-960; LOT 38 DISTRICT LOT 2246 PLAN 5509, as shown on the sketch/map attached to this notice.
The purpose of the Permit is vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to allow a new detached dwelling to be located 3.2 metres from the rear parcel line.
If you wish to provide comments you must do so in writing, by 4:30 pm on April 20, 2021.
