The land that is the subject of the Permit is legally described as: PID: 027-693-198 Strata Lot 78 District Lot 7302 Group 1 New Westminster District Strata Plan BCS3125 as shown on the map attached to this notice.
The purpose of the Permit is vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303,2015 to allow an existing auxiliary building used as a sauna to be located 0.35 m from the north side property line.
Without the proposed variance, the minimum permitted side setback for an auxiliary building is 3 metres from a side parcel line.
Copies of the Development Variance Permit, permit application and supporting documentation may also be inspected at the Reception Desk of Municipal Hall at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC, during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays) until February 21, 2023.
