The land that is the subject of the Permit is legally described as: PID: 002-431-343 Lot 18 District Lot 7300 Plan 13672, as shown on the map attached to this notice.
The purpose of the Permit is vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to permit an existing non-conforming garage to be located 2.74 metres from the side parcel line.
Without the proposed variance, the minimum permitted side setback is 3 metres.
Copies of the Development Variance Permit, permit application and supporting documentation are provided at the bottom of this web page and may also be inspected at the Reception Desk of Municipal Hall at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, B.C., during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays) until August 2, 2022.
If you wish to provide comments you must do so in writing, by 4:30 pm on August 2, 2022.
