The land that is the subject of the Permit is legally described as: PID: 007-256-167 Lot 19 Block M District Lot 4750 Plan 17791 as shown on the map attached to this notice.
The purpose of the Permit is to vary Whistler’s Zoning and Parking Bylaw 303, 2015 to allow construction of a proposed detached dwelling that is calculated at 10.4 metres in height.
Without the proposed variance, the maximum permitted building height for a detached dwelling is 7.6 metres.
Copies of the Development Variance Permit, along with the permit application and supporting documentation, may be inspected at the reception desk of the Municipal Hall at 4325 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, B.C., during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays) from March 4, 2022 until April 5, 2022.
If you wish to provide comments you must do so in writing, by 4:30 pm on April 5, 2022.
