All persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the Proposed Bylaw will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard by Council at the Public Hearing. All persons can: 1) submit written comments to Council; and/or 2) make verbal representations LIVE via online video or phone conferencing.
