Zoning and Parking Amendment Bylaw (Cheakamus Crossing Phase 2 RM-CD2 Zone) No. 2448, 2024 AND A Bylaw to Amend the Resort Municipality of Whistler Zoning and Parking Bylaw No. 303, 2015

The purpose of the Proposed Bylaw is to amend the RM-CD2 zone to allow additional density on Lot 5 at 1475 Mount Fee Road. The Proposed Bylaw amends the RM-CD2 zone with regulations specific to Lot 5 to provide a Gross Floor Area (GFA) increase from 6,975 to 7,075 square metres, and Floor Space Ratio (FSR) increase from 0.68 to 0.69. The Proposed Bylaw also raises the maximum GFA of any apartment building from 3,500 to 3,650 square metres.
