All persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by the Proposed Bylaw will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard by Council at the Public Hearing. All persons can: 1) submit written comments to Council; and/or 2) make oral representations LIVE via online video or phone conferencing. Instructions for how to make oral representations and/or submit written comments to Council are provided in the Notice of Public Hearing for the Proposed Bylaw
