Requests to dispute a Bylaw Notice may be submitted using this online form. Please note:
- Only disputes for Bylaw Notices may requested using this form. Dispute instructions are included on the back side of the physical ticket. Find out how to dispute other municipal tickets.
- The fee to dispute a Bylaw Notice is $25, which will be added to the fine amount in addition to the late payment penalty, if the adjudicator rules that the alleged bylaw infraction did occur.
- Adjudication requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue date, or the opportunity to dispute the ticket will be denied.

Personal Information in this Bylaw Notice Dispute Form is collected for the purposes of administering the dispute process and to provide you with relevant information and notifications from the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) Bylaw Services department. The RMOW is collecting this information under s.26(c) and s.26(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). Bylaw Service requests are confidential and personal information gathered will not be disclosed to the public unless required by FOIPPA, another enactment or law, law enforcement agency, the investigation results in legal proceeding or permission is given by the complainant.
