What is the April 30 Day Fitness Challenge?
Imagine what you could feel like in 30 days. Take the 30 Day Fitness Challenge for the whole month of April and find out.
Complete a minimum of 30 minutes of physical exercise at Meadow Park Sports Centre every day for 30 days, starting April 1, 2019.
- Register for $5 at the front desk and write your name on the chart in the lobby.
- Visit Meadow Park Sports Centre every day for a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise whether it's participating in a fitness class, strength program, cardio workout, swimming, squash, drop-in hockey or skating.
- Tick off your days on our Challenge Wall and be entered into the 50/50 draw at the end of the month, as well as other fun prizes.
- Participants are responsible for their own admission or pass for entry to the facility.
- All participants will be entered into a draw for prizes.
