What is the April 30 Day Fitness Challenge?
Kick start your spring fitness program by participating in our Annual 30 Day Fitness Challenge.
Visit Meadow Park Sports Centre every day during April for a minimum of 30 minutes and feel the benefits!
Your 30 minutes exercise could be joining a fitness class, hitting the weights, pumping out a cardio workout, or going swimming, playing squash, drop-in hockey or skating.
- Register for $10 at the front desk and write your name on the chart in the lobby.
- Visit Meadow Park Sports Centre every day for a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise.
- Tick off your days on our Challenge Wall and be entered into the 50/50 draw at the end of the month (50% goes to winner, 50% to your charity of choice), as well as other fun prizes.
- Participants are responsible for their own admission or pass for entry to the facility.
- All participants will be entered into a draw for prizes.
