Cancellation and refund policy
Summer camp policy
25% deposit is nonrefundable. A full calendar month’s cancellation notice is required to not be charged the balance owing for registration.
*Example: This means that any changes to your July schedule needs to be communicated to the Recreation Programmer by May 31.*
Afterschool program policy
A full calendar month’s cancellation notice is required to receive a refund or credit on your account.
*Example: This means that any changes to your October schedule needs to be communicated to the Recreation Programmer by August 31.*
**NEW**: The $2 per day cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations.
How to change days or withdraw
You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows our Recreation Programmer adequate time to inform families on the waitlist when there is a cancellation, giving more children the opportunity to take part.
Changes made less than one calendar month in advance are not eligible for refunds. “Switching or swapping” is still considered a cancellation and therefore do not allow for a refund.
Additionally, “trading” days with other families is not permitted.
Kids on the Go appreciates your help in offering programming to as many children as possible; please only register for the days you need, so that we are able to accommodate as many families as possible.
