Nestled in the serenity behind the Whistler Public Library, Florence Petersen Park is an ideal location for family, social and community events.
This park is part of the Cultural Connector, a route that connects six significant cultural destinations in the Village. It was named after Florence Petersen, Whistler's longest-tenured resident who founded the Whistler Museum and Archives. She was awarded both Citizen of the Year and the Freedom of the Municipality.
