Whistler Women's Centre Weekly Pop-Up

Howe Sounds Women’s Centre goal is to promote women’s equality with the empowerment of women and their children.

Our Library Pop-Up will offer central access to our programs:

1. Homeless Prevention Program (HPP) provides rent supplements and support services to individuals who are at risk of homelessness. The HPP supplement assists in obtaining rental housing in the private housing market and accessing community-based services such as damage deposit, moving expenses, home start up items, and transportation to a housing opportunity.

2. Information about our Whistler Drop-in Centre in Spring Creek.  This includes crisis support, referrals, advocacy, and women’s and children’s clothing and toiletries.

You'll find a representative from the Women's Centre at Whistler Public Library every Monday from 3 to 6 p.m. (excluding holidays).

If you are unable to attend a Monday Pop-Up, please contact the Whistler Women's Centre at 604-962-8711 or stop by the Drop-in Centre at 1519 Spring Creek Drive to learn more about their programs and services.
