Bylaws are adopted by Council only during regular and special Council meetings, and are enforced by the municipality's bylaw services department. Bylaws cover zoning and land use, signs, noise, vehicle parking and idling, licensing, user fees and property taxation.

The legislative services department maintains our municipal bylaws. Some of our most frequently requested bylaws are provided below. You may request bylaw information at the front reception of municipal hall or email info at whistler.ca.
