The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is seeking submissions from qualified excavation and landscape contractors with experience executing construction projects that involve basalt stone, particularly large columnar basalt elements. This RFQ is intended to identify contractors with demonstrated capacity in site coordination, heavy material handling, and integration of natural stone into a park-like setting. Work will occur in parallel with a pre-selected stonemason team onsite.
