
The Park Eats program has delicious food and beverage options at Whistler’s parks during summer! Early season offering at Lost Lake Park and Rainbow Park begin on May 15, 2026 with food trucks on Fridays to Sundays. Park Eats runs daily in multiple parks from June 26 to Labour Day!
You’re invited to help us celebrate delicious food and beverage from local businesses, with the Park Eats program in our parks!
Vendors
Local food trucks for Park Eats summer 2026 include:
- Lucia Gelato – serving Whistler-made gelato and tasty treats and beverages!
- The Gypsy Mule – offering nitrogen-infused cold brew and teas, along with fresh summer salads, real fruit ice cream and chocolate-dipped bananas!
- The Warming Hut – with speciality coffee plus other hot and cold beverage options and delicious snack!
- Whistler Wood Fired Pizza – cooking fresh oven-baked pizza in the parks!

In-park food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors can be found in the following parks for the summer of 2026:
- Lakeside Park
- Lost Lake Park
- Rainbow Park
- Alpha Lake Park and Meadow Park (as alternative locations)
- Plus, Whistler Olympic Plaza for select events.
2026 schedule
The Park Eats program will run from May 15 to September 7, 2026, with in-park vendors from approximately 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Fridays to Sundays only from May 15 to June 21 at Lost Lake Park and Rainbow Park).
From June 26 to September 7, 2026, the program will run daily, expanding the location options to Lost Lake Park, Rainbow Park, Lakeside Park on select dates, and Whistler Olympic Plaza for select events. (Food trucks are weather dependent and the schedule is subject to change at short notice).
