The RMOW invites tenders for the supply and installation of pedestrian lighting, including related infrastructure, along Nesters Road from Nesters Square to Spruce Grove Way. The work is broken into two stages along Nesters Road, as follows:

• Stage A: Nesters Exchange to Spruce Grove
• Stage B: Nesters Square to Nesters Exchange

Stage definition is set out in the contract drawings.

Pre-Tender Meeting: A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. The meeting will convene at the Whistler Public Works Yard at 8020 Nesters Road.
