The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is inviting qualified operators (Proponent) to provide
proposals (Proposal) to construct and operate sauna services in one or more RMOW park in the winter of
2026 as a pilot program (Pilot Sauna Services) to give visitors and residents a new and unique
experience of RMOW parks as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Pilot Sauna Services will
be bookable in advance for users. The Proponent selected to provide the Pilot Sauna Services
(Successful Proponent) will enter into a contract with the RMOW for a specific park(s) for a pilot program
running from October 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
