Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit proposals to provide design, construction administration (CA) services along
with programming and commissioning for the replacement of the main primary 25kV/600V Transformer and
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) hardware for various sub- process components at the Solid Waste Transfer
Station (SWTS) Compost Facility in Whistler.
