The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Brio Water Service Renewal Program.
The scope of work includes project management, investigation, design, tendering, construction administration, inspection, and project close-out services for the replacement of aging water services, valves, fire hydrants, and associated water distribution infrastructure within the Brio neighbourhood.
This RFP is for the 2027 construction program. RMOW may, at its sole discretion, extend the scope of work to include engineering services for the 2028 construction program, subject to satisfactory consultant performance, budget approval, and authorization by RMOW.
