The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is inviting qualified consultants to provide proposals to conduct industry research, including a review of relevant municipal best practices, and to provide a suite of recommendations to support improved end-to-end development permit review processes designed to provide improvements to both the community customer service experience and internal staff workflows.  In particular, the outcomes should be focused on a development services approach that consolidates the applicant’s front-end experience across Building, Planning, and Engineering when making inquiries and submittals for permits – building permits, development permits, subdivision applications, and other typical development services approvals.
