The removal of approximately 3,580 cu.m of gravel, with an optional additional 1,180 cu.m, from Fitzsimmons Creek between Lorimer Road and the CN Rail Bridge. The work includes pre- and post-construction topographic survey, environmental protection, and site access construction and removal as needed.

Notice of Cancellation

The Resort Municipality of Whistler hereby cancels Tender No. T11005 Fitzsimmons Creek 2026 Gravel Removal Project

No contract award will be made as a result of this procurement process. Following review of submissions received, no compliant bids were identified in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the Tender Documents.

The Municipality reserves the right to re-issue the opportunity through a new procurement process.
