The Resort Municipality of Whistler is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of the Whistler Municipal Lands Strategy, a comprehensive framework to guide the management and development of municipally owned lands in alignment with Council’s strategic priorities.

The project will establish guiding principles, evaluation criteria and an implementation roadmap to support effective, transparent, and strategic decision-making regarding municipal lands.

The anticipated schedule is as follows:

• Project Kick-off: Week of November 17, 2025
• Final Strategy Delivery: March 13, 2026
