The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is offering interested Respondents the opportunity to express their interest in providing commercial services, for example mobile or seasonal sauna services, in non-peak season at select Whistler parks. The Respondent should be qualified to provide such services and be able to demonstrate past experience.

At this time, the RMOW is only interested in receiving submissions related to terrestrial (on land) services, and not lake-based services given the regulatory complexities and other community concerns with respect to the lakes.

Respondents should include consideration for accessibility and inclusivity, ecological integrity and environmental stewardship, First Nations, active transportation, complete communities, refuge from tourism busyness, and the uniqueness of Whistler. EOIs should further Whistler’s vision as “A place where our community thrives, nature is protected and guests are inspired,” and not be fossil fuel based.
