How to change days or withdraw
A full calendar month’s cancellation notice is required to receive a refund or credit on your account.
*Example: This means that any changes to your November schedule needs to be communicated to the Recreation Programmer by September 30.*
You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 604-935-8370. This allows our Recreation Programmer adequate time to inform families on the waitlist when there is a cancellation, giving more children the opportunity to take part.
Changes made less than one calendar month in advance are not eligible for refunds. "Switching or swapping" is still considered a cancellation and therefore days do not allow for a refund.
Additionally, "trading" days with other families is not permitted.
Kids on the Go appreciates your help in offering programming to as many children as possible; please only register for the days you need, so that everyone in our community can get all the days they need.
