Meadow Park Sports Centre features two full-size squash courts to help you develop agility, increase strength and fitness, and build hand-eye coordination.

Facilities and activities

  • Two full-sized squash courts. 
  • One court is equipped with a basketball hoop for skill based sessions
  • Review the court and cancellation policies prior to reserving your court time

General guidelines for use

  • Stay home if you are sick
  • Practice good hand hygiene
  • Respect personal space; consider other people’s situations and different comfort levels
  • Follow all guidelines and abide by the posted Code of Conduct

General court policies

  • The total number of players permitted during a single court booking (45 minutes) is limited to 4 per court.  All players must pay for court use, no exceptions.
  • Users must be 10 years or older to book the court on their own. Children 9 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult (ages 16+) whilst in our facility. View the full facility supervision policy.
  • All players must wear clean, non-marking shoes. To keep court floors in good playing condition, no street shoes or outside shoes may be worn on the courts at any time
  • Squash players under the age of 19 years must wear eye protection. For players 19 years and over, eye protection is strongly recommended to prevent eye injury. Protective eyewear is included with court rental or available for purchase
  • Wear appropriate exercise attire (including top and bottoms)
  • Change rooms and lockers are available onsite
  • Courts are for squash or basketball use only
  • Food or beverages are to be consumed outside of the courts at all times
  • Wiping of sweat from hands or forearms on any court wall is strictly prohibited. Players may choose to have a small personal hand towel in the court with them
  • Only one court time is permitted per person, regardless of admission or pass type, on Tuesday and Friday nights after 6 p.m.
  • Round robin play is permitted (except for Tuesday and Friday nights after 6 p.m.) as long as there are no more than 2 players booked per court, based on the following table. A maximum of 6 consecutive court timeslots can be booked by a group. All players must pay admission.

Book a court time

Meadow Park Sports Centre passholders and drop-in users wishing to reserve a squash or basketball court can now book their 45 minute preset timeslot online up to 72 hours in advance.

Guests who need to gain access to their online account can do so by calling 604-935-PLAY (7529) during operating hours or by emailing recreation@whistler.ca.​

12-hour cancellation policy

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty, up to 12-hours before your timeslot by emailing recreation@whistler.ca or calling 604-935-PLAY (7529) and leaving a message.

**Please note that you cannot cancel bookings online**

No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours – You will be charged for your missed visit:

  • Drop-in admissions will not be refunded
  • 10/20/30 time passes: A punch will be taken off of your pass (as if you had visited the facility)
  • Monthly passes: Annual and monthly pass holders will be charged a $6.50 cancellation fee (equivalent to 1 visit of a 30x card)  
  • Passes will be frozen until all fees are collected.
  • ​Guests who repeatedly no-show or cancel within 12 hours could lose their booking privileges and temporary access to the facility.

Illness: Guests who cancel due to illness will not be charged a cancellation fee, but for precautionary reasons, all upcoming bookings will be cancelled, as long as symptoms persist.

The person booking the court is responsible for the cancellation charges.

Rates and passes

Monthly passes (1 month, 3 month, 6 month, annual) and 10/20/30 time passes

  • Passholders are entitled to play 1 court time per day. 
  • If a pass/playtime card is used for the first court time, additional court times may be booked by paying the upgrade fee per additional court time up to a maximum of 3 court times per day.
  • Courts may be reserved up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance. 

Drop-ins and all day (current facility admission rates)

  • Admission rate includes one court time per day.
  • 50% off of the regular admission rate and racquet rentals is applicable on Tuesday and Friday after 6 p.m.
  • If players would like to play more than one court time per day, they may pay the upgrade fee for each additional court time up to a maximum of 3 court times per day.
  • Courts may be reserved up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance. 
  • All court users require a recreation account to book a court time

Court upgrades

  • Must be purchased in conjunction with an admission product.
  • Players may pay the upgrade fee for each additional court time up to a maximum of 3 court times per day.

Equipment for rent or sale

Equipment rentals

Need to rent some equipment? Players have the option to rent a sanitized racquet, ball, and safety goggles. Guests will be  be required to sanitize the racquet, ball, and squash goggles prior to returning them to the front desk and collateral is required for all equipment that is borrowed or rented (government issued photo identification is preferred).
