Swimming pool
The aquatic centre is a popular year-round destination. Swim laps, splash around in the leisure pool, or relax in the hot tub, sauna or steam room.
Fitness centre and personal training
This 4,500-square foot area includes a weight room, cardio room and stretching area to help you improve your cardio, strength and flexibility. Request a free orientation or work with a trainer for ongoing support.
Indoor skating rink
The arena is an ideal place to train on the ice, or just enjoy skating around for fun on the NHL sized surface.
Squash/basketball courts
Practice your skills on one of two full-size squash courts, or enjoy a game of one-on-one on the courts outfitted with a basketball hoop.
