What to know before you come out to enjoy a free outdoor movie night.

Where are the movies shown? 
Movies are screened at Whistler Olympic Plaza, located at 4365 Blackcomb Way in Whistler Village. The screen is set up on the stage, with the Great Lawn open for seating. 

What time do movies start and end? 
Movies start at 8:00 p.m. and end by 10:00 p.m. Please arrive early to find a good spot and settle in before showtime. 

What are the movie ratings? 
All films are rated PG-13 and are suitable for general audiences with parental guidance recommended. 

Do the movies have subtitles? 
Yes, movies will include subtitles for improved accessibility, subject to change. 

Do I need tickets? 
No. Movies in the Plaza are free and open to the public. No registration or tickets are required. 

What can I bring to sit on? 
Bring blankets or low-back lawn chairs for comfort. Please be mindful of others’ sightlines. 

Are food and drinks allowed? 
Yes, feel free to bring non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Please help us keep the plaza clean by packing out what you pack in. 

Is alcohol allowed? 
No. Alcohol is not permitted at Whistler Olympic Plaza. 

Are pets allowed? 
We recommend leaving pets at home. If you do bring a dog, it must be on a leash. 

What is not permitted? 
To keep the event safe and comfortable for all attendees, please do not bring: 

• Drones 
• Smoking or vaping products 
• Tents, shade structures, or large umbrellas 
• Hammocks or slacklines 
• Alcohol  

Is there bike parking? 
Yes, a free bike valet is available on site for secure bicycle parking during movie nights. 

Where can I park? 
Use the nearby Day Lots for vehicle parking. Walking, biking, or transit is encouraged when possible. 

Is the event accessible? 
Yes. Whistler Olympic Plaza is wheelchair accessible and includes accessible washrooms and viewing space. 

What if it rains? 
In the case of rain, the movie may be cancelled. Watch for updates on the weather status closer to showtime.
