Everything you need to know before attending a concert at Whistler Olympic Plaza.
Where are the concerts held?
Concerts take place at Whistler Olympic Plaza, located at 4365 Blackcomb Way in Whistler Village. The main stage is set under the Pavilion, with open space for seating on both grass and paved areas.
What time do concerts start?
Opening sets typically begin at 6:30 p.m., with headline acts taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. Shows usually end at 9 p.m.
Is there a cost to attend?
All concerts are free and all-ages are welcome. No tickets are required.
Can I bring a chair or blanket?
Yes. Low-back lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. Please be mindful of others when choosing your spot and avoid blocking sightlines.
Are food and drinks available on site?
Food and beverages are not sold within the concert area, but Whistler Village offers many options nearby. You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and picnics.
Is alcohol permitted?
No. Alcohol is not permitted in Whistler Olympic Plaza during concerts. Security officers will be present to enforce this regulation.
Are pets allowed?
We recommend leaving pets at home due to crowds and noise. If you do bring a dog, it must be on a leash and remain under control.
What items are not permitted?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the following items are not permitted:
- Drones
- Smoking or vaping (Olympic Plaza & Whistler Village)
- Shade tents, tent structures, or large umbrellas
- Hammocks or slacklines
- Alcohol
How should I get there? Is parking available?
Parking is available in the nearby Day Lots, but we encourage walking, biking, or using transit to reduce congestion. A free bike valet will be available on site for secure bicycle parking during concert hours.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. Whistler Olympic Plaza includes accessible viewing areas, washrooms, and pathways.
What happens if it rains?
Concerts proceed rain or shine. Bring appropriate clothing and note that tents are not permitted and umbrellas are discouraged to maintain clear views for all attendees.
